Kind of a easy project you can buy 1:87 scale lumber from a hobby shop and mix it in with square logs. But if you just want a few loads of logs for a flatbed truck craft sticks are cheap. There are flat sticks as well they could be a load of 2x10s or 2 by 12s depends on your imagination .You can buy this stuff at a craft store some dollar stores sell it and you need white glue to glue the little sticks together .It takes a bit of time but it sure makes a neat cheap interesting display. You could even build a little log house. These sticks are about two and a half inches long . In the real world they would be a log maybe 6 inches square by about 13 or 14 feet long in 1:64 scale. You can buy all kinds of loads for a little truck at a hobby shop. These are just to show you collect forklifts well this will put them to work. .

Hey Jim, cool lumber yard dio. Could you showcase that yellow truck with the red wheels a little bit for us. That's a pretty nice looking vintage work ride. Who made it? Thanks.

Another fantastic diorama. I have to learn how to make one or two okay maybe three. It is not hard to do . We use 2 inch thick by 2 feet wide by 8 foot long Blue or pink Styrofoam as a base . The kind that you see on a new house. It is strong and light easy to carve use water base paint on it. Don't have room cut it in half and park the two 4 foot sections under a bed .When you want to play take it out from under the bed stick it on a coffee table . l.o.l.
