My Mother passed away last night. She was diagnose with pancreatic cancer at the end of April. The cancer had already spread out through her body including her bones. She was in constant pain until the last few hours of her life when hospice was able to get her pain under control here at my house. She was able to spend time with 2 of her grandkids before she passed on and was surrounded by loved ones. She is in a better place now and free from ever hurting again. I will miss you Mom.

Thanks again everyone. We had her funeral today and everything went as planned. I was able to meet family that I have only seen in old photographs and that was pretty interesting and awkward. Its hard to start a conservation with someone that you have not seen since I was an infant but everything went OK and everyone was able to say their goodbyes. She is in a better place and I have no doubts whatsoever about that. May she rest in peace and I take comfort knowing she is in everlasting joy.
