WOW Craig... I am so sorry to see this happen. I would contact the seller and tell them you want your $$$$$ back because it was not packaged to with stand the tossing around of the postal service.. I know I would be furious with the seller that is for sure...

The reflection of your grumpy face says it all. Might be able to resell it as an "error" to a HW collector. :-)

Here's the part that tells me something is fishy, NO NO NO NO NO damage what so ever to packaging, or to the actual box, but i looked, and the seals on the box had OBVIOUSLY been opened, I think this was like this from the start.

Looks repairable, like the stuff just fell apart. Any broken pieces?

Yes, the wheel is snapped off, non repairable..and the base that connects the car to the base is snapped off at the screws, and the inside support is cracked in half, and why should i have to repair anything, i paid money for, and I qoute.."MIMB", and he used the new, and undamaged listing on ebay.

Craig I would send the pictures to the buyer and ask him how this is "MIMB" / NEW that is totally unacceptable in my opinion and this person would see a negative from me if he doesn't resolve the issue. You are correct why should you have to fix something you paid for unless you intentionally knew it was broke and planned on fixing it for yourself or to resell.

Just file a claim on E-Bay or PayPal for your buyer protection. You should get 100% refund. Might even get to keep the car.
But yes that does suck to get something damaged. It has happened to me before and I an sure it will happen again.

The seller has agreed to a complete refund, not much choice, but still, he is taking care of his problem.
