Those are sweet, I have 4 Chevy's I favor the most and the Impala is one of them.. I guess I shouldn't mention I was only 2 in 1972... LMAO In 1999 when I was pregnant with my daughter I went to go visit my uncle and they were on their way to a car show, and I was able to take a ride to the show in his 1957 Chevy 150, which he bought back in 1988 and fully restored, so yes I am a little partial to the '57 Chevy 150 after riding in it. :) He was actually afraid to take me because he was afraid my water was going to break.. LMAO His other car is a 1935 Chevy, I didn't get to ride in that one, I like it but not as much as the '57, but who knows if I ever go for a ride in it I might change my mind. :) I will post in the events area when their next show is if your in the area you can stop by and check out the car show. I know it is a far trip from NY but anyone else who is interested or lives in the area and is looking for something to do they can check it out.

Great story Shell... Are you having problems posting your full pictures as the top picture is cut in 1/2... Reason I am asking is cause I noticed another pics you posted on a different thread that had a picture with no Car showing...

Thanks Liv, No I reduced the size of the pictures I don't see any issues on my end as the pictures are there, but they are smaller. Maybe it is that IE8 your using and not IE10 LMAO. I say don't use IE and use Firefox.. :)

Thumbs up Thanks Joe, my uncle lives two hours away from me and I wish I could make it to more of their car shows and visit them more, but unfortunately we only see them twice a year, once in January for the family Christmas party, and once in August for our Family Reunion. The only model I have done was a Chevelle and it was one of those simple kits, I don't have the time to do model kits especially with a 13 yr old that keeps me busy. Maybe someday I will get into it, I should pick them up when I see them on sale so that one rainy day I have nothing to do I can start one. Right now the only Model I am working on is Re-Modeling my house, and that might get finished sometime this year or maybe next year... LMAO

Oh wow Joe I hope all goes well with your wifes surgery, she just needs to take her time to heal and get lots of rest. I hope you don't get laid off, but unfortunately this is what the economy is coming to. A lot of people getting laid off, & prices going up. I think we all need to go together and make a fall out shelter. Stock up on guns (can't get bullets but we can get guns), plenty of water, dried up military meals, I hear they are not that bad, Seeds and potting soil to planet our veggies, a few rabbits (since they reproduce faster than chickens), and lots and lots of Captain Morgans & Coke... LMAO
But seriously Joe, if there is anything any of us here on DSZ can do to help or just listen let us know...
