I have to agree with Dan, the detail is outstanding and you have such a great collection... I just have one question - Where do you display your collection? I hardly have room for my 1:64 scale, the few 1:24 scales and my sledsters, I can't imagine if I only collected 1:18 scale where I would display them, I would have to kick my daughter or my husband out of the house...My daughter is only 13 so she is to young to go out on her own, so I guess it is the husband. LMAO

I have to agree with Dan, the detail is outstanding and you have such a great collection... I just have one question - Where do you display your collection? I agree Joe, I only collect what is real looking as well with an exceptional few, like the scooby doo van, flintstones, batmobile, etc. I am so glad my daughter got rid of most of her hot wheels as she was collecting EVERYTHING and now she opted to just stay with the TH's. Thanks to Dan he got me into the Sledsters and once I held it in my hand I realized the quality that was put into them. Damn you Dan... fighting005_2 I guess I can't complain tho because some my sledsters are vacationing at Dan's house in CA they said they will return when the weather gets warmer in July... LMAO by then I hope to have some more remodeling done and I will have a home for them.

I hear ya Joe in having a LARGE Collection.... I had a very large collection 10 years ago ( 20,000 pcs ), but as time went by I started to realize I had to make changes and that was down size my collection to a more manageable collection for me to enjoy.... I roughly have 2,000 pcs today.... 1,500 pcs are Jada 1/64 and 45 pcs are Sledsters and the rest is M2s which is close too 400 pcs .... I still have 200 HWs which are THs and been thinking about dumping them before they become worthless in value as Mattel is killing that series with production #ers being too high....

WOW!...thats alot Dan,... Bow Down......All my HWs are mostly with rubber tires, or something that I haven't seen before as a HW. MBX I only have about 50 cars and trucks in total....JL mostly Gold Series and BTH cars and 4X4s...Its funny just this week I've order a 1971 Dodge Chanllenger "Mr.Norm" from Jim at Supercar Collectable I guess this will be #63 in my 1/18. Really Dan, with the way Diecast Companies like Autoworld releasing old Diecast Tooling from Ertl and selling them off at $90, I can't see myself going pass 200 1/18s cars in the next 3 to 5 years (GMP is out, Autoart is too expensive but great detail, HWY61 I haven't seen any new tooling...etc) So yes am safe for now until I hit the Power ball.... LMAO |
