The worst driving conduct I've ever seen was a woman talking on her phone, and attempting to apply mascara in her drop down vanity mirror - in close to bumper to bumper traffic, no hands on the wheel or eyes on the road... Her car was moving, but she sure wasn't driving.

This guy obviously is not coordinated and should not be putting lipstick on while driving and I could see why he would get pulled over... I will give him credit he did a hell of a job on his eyeliner though...  |
