Rules and Regulations

We welcome your participation in the DieCast SpeedZone message board

However as a courtesy to all users we ask for your cooperation in abiding by a few rules in order to maintain your active membership within this message board. These forums are for members to members only and are family oriented. If you want to participate with others on the DieCast SpeedZone Forum, you will need to register. You can read without registering, but you must register to post. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. A significant reason for the success of the DieCast SpeedZone Forum is our insistence that all participants obey the simple set of rules posted below. If you can abide by the rules below please come aboard and be a member. If you feel these rules are unacceptable, thank you for your honesty, and we ask that you please stop here.

We intend to provide the highest quality community experience for all of our members and following these guidelines is the best way to maintain a quality environment for all users. If we find that you are breaking any of these rules, your account may be suspended or banned and your posting privileges will be removed. These rules are very basic and we hope that you read them fully. Thanks for your cooperation.

Temporary suspension will result from abuse of the following rules… Continued abuse following suspension will result in a permanent ban.

• Treat everyone with respect. While we all may not agree with what everyone's opinions, many people come here may have different opinions. Because someone does not agree with you does not mean you should get nasty with them. Treat others with respect and you will earn everyone’s respect in return.

• Registering with multiple ID usernames is "NOT" allowed and will result in a permanent ban.

• Any communication that is intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten or cause embarrassment to a fellow member(s).

• Material that contains vulgar, obscene or indecent language or images including excessive swearing. We will not tolerate harsh swearing, NO exceptions! Not even words with letters XXXX'ed out. If you have to put an X or any other character in place of a word then you already know it is bad.

• Any communication that contains spam (multiple copies in one area or the same communication in multiple areas).

• Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.

• Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive victimization or retaliation of any kind against a member, or group of members via PMs, forum posting, chat or any other methods will not be tolerated and will result in immediate banning.

• Personal attacks such as flaming, instigating “flame bait”, verbal abuse or mocking of members in a forum posts are not tolerated.

• No Trolling. Posts intended solely to annoy and/or offend other posters by going against the clear nature of a threads topic is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: Provoking other users to respond with flames, Provoking fans of a particular brand, Making misleading topic titles and asking obviously useless questions.

• No spamming. Initiating threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off topic or on topic. Examples include: empty bodies, bodies with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy, advertise or increase a member’s post count.

• Any impersonation or use of a username from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a suspension or banning.

• Pornography in posts, Avatars, Signatures, or links containing pornographic material is strictly prohibited and will be deleted resulting in possible suspension.

• Material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.

• Material in posts, Avatars, Signatures, or links containing Political or Religious material is prohibited and will be deleted resulting in possible suspension.

• Unauthorized copyrighted material is not allowed.

• Material that impedes or otherwise prohibits communication; disrupts the discussion including, with out limitation, using words in topical boards that are offensive to the topic, the brand, the hobby, and repeatedly posting off-topic messages in a topical message board.

• Statements or postings that violate the above terms will be deleted from postings upon discovery. While the moderator may attempt to notify users if he/she moves or deletes a post, he/she is under no obligation to do so.

DieCast SpeedZone reserves all rights to change or alter these rules at any given time and an Administrator’s word is final. Other than enforcing the above rules, the management and staff does not attempt to validate any comments or recommendations provided by participants.
