Create a Gif File

Now to make the light flash you need the program PhotoScape. I am sure the average person thinks this is a lot of trouble just to make a flashing light. But this part is very easy to do.

Let me tell you it is more difficult to post this darn tutorial than make a Gif File  .3 Times I have bumped myself out of Photobucket then forget what picture I left off at and one finger typing is a pain in the ass.
































All this just for a flashing light is it worth the trouble?  I think so if you learn something new in life everyday it makes it more interesting.  You never get bored when you try new things.




With Photoscape you can resize your pictures and make this any size you want. And that is another very simple tutorial.
