I believe it is from 1993 in year Dave and they are example / replicas from the 60s-70s... Mattel released these so everyone was able to have some Redlines in their collection at a much cheaper price.. I own a few loose as I cracked them loose to roll around.... I sold all my sets of the Vintage and 30th Ann

Very nice set.
I've got a 25th Anniversary set with the same cars that your has but they do not have the collector pins.
Picked mine up for $5 at the Hot Wheels Summer Smash a few years ago.
