Not a single Hot Wheel pegged for months ... 3 months and counting @ one of my local Walmarts... For those who have HWs in your stores are lucky as the local HW Collectors are pulling their hair out over this picture below...

Got get me some of them!!
I have one Wally near me that only stocks one or two time a year. The only good part about it is most local collectors don't bother with the store, So when they do stock it's usually a big score.

Steve, The picture I took is from a Walmart that pumps out some serious HWs during the year and the pegs have been bare since January.... Just strange to me seeing empty pegs at thie one particular Walmart that is usually a hot spot for new stuff... Just weird :IDK:

Two words - New Manager.
I'm willing to bet there's either a new toy manager or new store manager. I had a Walmart that had a toy manager that kept the dept well stocked with all toys including diecast. She left (family issues) and since a new one took over the stocking has been very poor. I'd email the pick to the corp office and see what happens.

I will ask my friend who works for the Store to see what happend... This store would keep the pegs full and new stuff stocked.... Looks like a bomb went off in the dept as most of the shelves are bare...

Nothing at my local Wal-Mart. I asked the new toy department amnager if they were going to get these in and she said that distribution has been poor this year and she isn't sure if they will even get them in.

there is a small wallys(not a super center) in my area.the time between 05 to 07 you would never ever see now HWs.you would see old cars from 95,96,97 on the pegs.turns out a local flea market guy would come in buy a case of 72 cars than return 72 older cars that he never sold at his booth.when the wallys got remodeled than it finnaly starting getting new stuff.i think the employee who was helping the guy got canned.
