yep blue rims, its on a us card. forgive me if I come off as rude but you were wrong brother about the blue wheel international card thing. the blue wheels in the west chrome in the east thing is wrong too I guess.

Sorry about that Tom,
I was only going off of what Mark ( aka RaceGrooves ) said in his YouTube video about the Blue Rims & Chrome being in two different areas in the States / Canada...
Mark follows Hot Wheels way more than I do as he goes to the meetings in LA Ca. and video tapes them for collectors around the world to see....
