Boy am not hearing much on the 1/18 world of diecast....

You know since 1997, Ertl has bought out a line of cars never seen before in a 1/18 at that time  (well as for myself that is). At the Auto Show in New York in 1998 I brought at lease 3 or 4 of them for $19.99, those very same cars in the original box goes for an average of $60-100 now?!?....I would love to see a remake of the 70 1/2 Chevy Camaro with realistic hinges and trunk too and the 64 Chevy Impala, the 1967 Chevy Chevelle SS too...I would sell my M2s, JLs and HWs just to buy these Muscle Cars with Authentic looking features (like my GMP and HWY61) But hey who am I to complain.....
